Rates: $130-$145hr
There is a one hour minimum.

What costs go into my rates?
Labor, Street/Lot Parking, Drive Time if longer than 20 min, Tool Rental if required and Washington State Tax.
If I show up to your scheduled appointment and cannot reach you, you will be charged for a full hour @ $130, unless I can fill that slot with another client.
If you cxl prior to 24 hours notice and I cannot fill that time slot, you will be charged $100.
What if I'm running late?
After 20 years, I typically know how long a job will take but traffic and unforeseen problems do occur. I usually text when on the way and if I am going to be late or perhaps early. I do value your time and understand that many of you are working from home and have a lot to juggle. If you are expecting me, please keep an eye out for a text or call from me and for some.... turn on your phone.
Client Participation
If you want to save money and there is something you can do to help that will speed up the process, I'm all for it. Some people want to learn new skills and I'm happy to teach. In the end,
it's about having fun and getting the job done the way you want it.
