There are always lots of jobs to do in the bathroom. Loose towel and toilet paper holders are popular. Faucets, leaking lines, lighting, toilets and the most requested job, CAULKING and RECAULKING. If a caulk line is broken or worn, it should be replaced as to avoid leaks. It's amazing how much damage water can do.
The number one place that receives the most attention and wear is our kitchen. It's also one of the places we want to update first. Cabinet drawers and hinges, faucets, disposal, 3 stage filters, insta hot systems, lighting, door handles are all things that tend to need attention over time. Faucets hoses also tend to get a lot of wear and eventually spring leaks in the line or at the pull down head.
You would be surprised at how many undermount sinks end up detaching from their countertops and falling into the cabinet below. It's like once a week I get a call. Bathroom sinks as well. The epoxy dries up and or the silicone caulking wears away and the sink loses its ability to hold itself in place. I've got a variety of ways to reattach depending on the situation. Check my Instagram or YouTube to watch some of these sink repairs.
