Doors of all types get the most wear and tear in all homes. Some of the most common repairs I solve on a daily basis are bifold doors coming off track, pocket doors disconnecting from track, doors not latching and hinges ripping out of the wall jamb.
I only do baseboard and trims repairs/installs in homes as it is difficult to get tools into condos and apartments as there is typically no where to cut.
Wall shelves can be tricky so I use some Etsy providers with good mounting brackets. Crate and Barrel, Williams Sonoma, Rejuvenation Hardware, West Elm, make some pretty good units as well. Having a through structure metal support bracket is key to the success of shelves not bowing or drooping under load. Custom Shelving is typically very expensive.
Wooden Gates and Latch repairs are another popular repair I make weekly. Pet Doors, Baby Gates, Bypass Doors, Screen and Storm Doors installs and replacements. Anderson and Larson make some good storm doors. Weatherstripping around the doors and under the door as well as thresholds, cabinet laminate edge banding. Franks Lumber and Door Store in Shoreline offers a great match up service and I use them a lot when I need to replace a door.
