I typically don't do more than a 2 x 2 ft drywall patch.  Most of my jobs are from plumbers who have repaired pipes or electricians that have pulled new wire.  It seems that humans like to damage their walls with various body parts...a fist,  knee, foot...... I enjoy the stories.  Patching after removing a wall mounted tv is another popular request. Lastly I can install access panels into drywall.  These allow you to access problem areas or gain access to a water on/off valve or a gas shut off.
